WHY MIKE HADLEY?
With over 25 years’ experience in design and advertising, in both public and private sectors, I can provide pragmatic strategic and tactical marketing communications, account management and brand consultancy, together with creative design management. I also have comprehensive writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
I have worked in account management in various highly respected design and advertising agencies in both London and Dorset. Most recently, I provided in-house communications services for a national construction company, after many years as a freelance marketing communications consultant and copywriter.

Lloyd Northover Oct 1986 - April 1991
Account Director, reporting to Jim Northover, Managing Director, managing a team of two project managers and ten designers. Introduced new disciplines, helping to develop the business, culminating in winning the Grand Prix in the CBI/Marketing Design Effectiveness Awards for the Courtaulds corporate identity. Responsibilities included: preparation (research, evaluation, communication and perceptual audits); brand generation (identification of issues, positioning, strategy, naming, development of solutions); application (interpretation across all manifestations: organisational, visual, operational, cultural); implementation (budgeting, scheduling, design, application); management (prepare identity guidelines, reviews).
